Long-time dietary supplement industry enemy Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois is at it again. This time he has introduced an amendment – The Durbin Amendment – which would impose tremendous administrative burdens on both the dietary supplement and the FDA. This is part of Durbin’s never ending campaign to harass the dietary supplement industry and to ultimately take away your access to dietary supplements altogether.
