Winter is quickly approaching and, once again, it’s time to fortify your immune system.
Boosting immunity is easy and simple. We all know the importance a healthy diet loaded with vitamin C to maintain a strong immune system. Adequate indoor temperature is also important to stay healthy. Make sure heaters are set between 65-70 degrees, not too hot, not too cold. Drastic temperature changes are often responsible for colds, sneezing and runny nose.
Natural supplements are one of the safest approaches for immune support and overall health. Immune support formulas provide plenty of vitamins, including high doses of vitamin C, as well as zinc and herbal combinations including ingredients such as Echinacea and Elderberry, known for keeping the immune system at peak performance.
Vitamin C supplements are still the number one product for immunity but a glass of orange juice every morning can help. Take advantage of seasonal fresh produce. Tangerines, mandarin oranges, grapefruit and kiwifruit are all good sources of vitamin C. Don’t like citrus? No problem, mushrooms may help.
Mushroom extracts have become a very efficient natural alternative to enhance the immune system. Most products offer a blend of mushrooms such as shiitake and maitake, clinically tested to ensure results. If you have tried these products in past winters and did not like the results, probotics may be the solution.
Probiotic is known as the “good bacteria” and can build up the immune system, preventing fever, cough and colds. It can significantly reduce the duration of fever and is highly recommended during antibiotic use.
Don’t wait any longer. Start building up a strong immune system right now and be ready when the real winter arrives.

I take a vitamin c supplement of 1000mg per day to keep me healthy. If I feel tired or unwell I will up that to 3-5 grams of vitamin c per day. It works every time. I would not be without my vitamin c.
