Lucky Vitamin diet enters its last couple of weeks with our two guys struggling to accomplish significant results.

The last month of our three-month diet has a new fat burner supplement, with the switch from a fat burner with ephedra, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Hydroxyslim, to an ephedra-free fat burner, Muscletech Products Hydroxycut Clinical Strength Green Tea.

Ace and Clark were able to lose weight in the past two weeks. Clark lost two pounds, dropping from 204 to 202. Ace lost three pounds in the last two weeks, going from 224.5 to 221.5.

However, Ace was the only one able to reduce body fat. Clark kept the exact same body fat as of two weeks ago. A reminder: Ace is working out, Clark is not. They are both “watching” their diets.

Clark can’t seem to reduce body fat because of the lack of supplementation and he knows the main reason for moderate results so far, “Same problem since the beginning. I don’t take my supplements every day,” he said.

On the other hand, Ace’s results for the past two weeks can be considered good. “So, looks like I’m getting back on track.  I’m hoping to get under 219 lbs all together, which would equate a healthy 10 lb weight loss, and the ultimate goal – TO NOT GAIN IT BACK, which can sometimes be harder than initially losing the weight.
