Lucky Vitamin Diet is now shifting gears. Clark and Ace will be switching supplements as they move into the third and final month of the program.

The only change will be a new fat burner, as they will be switching from Hydroxyslim by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals to Iovate Hydroxycut Clinical Strength Green Tea by Muscletech Products.

Ace and Clark have been taking a fat burner product with ephedra, the most powerful fat burner. The new product, Hydroxycut, is ephedra free. However, it has a combination of natural ingredients high in caffeine, such as green tea extract, guarana, and black tea extract.

Results have not been as good as expected because Clark and Ace have not been taking their supplement everyday as they should. The reasons for the lack of results are not just the insufficient supplementation. Diet has been an issue for both of them and Ace is also struggling to keep up with his workout. 

“After a week off, it kind of sets you out of your routine.  I definitely wasn’t exercising as often or taking my supplement as routinely, but after the current results, I am going to get back on track for sure” said Ace.

“It also didn’t help that Clark invited me over for some delicious chili the day before a weigh in!  He’s cheating!!! (Just Kidding),” he added.
Don’t forget to check back for the next round of results in two weeks, right after Thanksgiving Day, certainly a big challenge for the guys on our Lucky Vitamin Diet.
