I use Stevita for my sweetener since it needs that for making it taste better to me. I am not sure if this will help my blood pressure, but I have heard a lot about the benefits of it. I can't handle it made very strong since it makes me very tired and I don't want to be tired all day from too much so I make it much weaker than before. I will consider the White Tea when I run out or about to run out of it, since I am hearing a lot of wonderful news about it and I need the help in many ways.
