A study confirms that by consuming organic foods, exposure to antibiotic-resistant bacteria and pesticide residues is considerably reduced, which makes these foods especially beneficial to young children. However, researchers found that other than containing extra phosphorus, organic foods do not have any extra nutritional value as compared to the conventional varieties.
