Thanks for your comment. Raw garlic antibiotic properties are effective against many bacteria, fungi and viruses. On the other hand, cooked garlic has virtually no antibiotic value.
As for supplements, garlic’s antibiotic properties come from allicin produced from raw or crushed garlic, and some garlic supplements (including odorless formulas) may offer high amounts of allicin.
For antibiotic purposes, check for garlic products with high standardized amounts of allicin release.

You want your garlic to smell if using it for this purpose! Don&#039;t buy ordorless garlic!</description>
