One common consumer behavior observed these days is the purchase and consumption of dietary supplements without researching them first. It does not necessarily apply that since these are ‘supplements,’ just anybody can consume them. On the contrary, there are many questions that one must ask before doing so. For instance, are you sure if you really need to take them? Perhaps you need to consult your physician about these supplements first.
