i have to say i’m not in agreement with these conclusions, but i like your viewpoint. this subject has too many variables and false info in the market that i do not know what to believe. i guess it’s a matter of being informed.

You’re right a hundred p.c,weight reduction is clearly big issue , i also had huge problem to remove off excessive load, i mean i used to be dieing in the gymnasium 5-6 times a week for a few of hours and i managed to take of sixty seven pounds, so now i feel much better with 180 pounds, nonetheless i would not advocate anybody to starve and practice to the death as i was (i was depressed, burned out, received tachycardia-ok now……) Avoid any weight loss without correct plan, lucid goal and proved dietary supplements!

I’ve been trying to lose weight for many weeks. Pills, diets, programs… nothing worked! By the end I realised that I had to change my eating habits and sweat. I’m losing a pound a week by eating 500 calories less than I burn every day

My Suggestion: I noticed what worked best for me was doing away with dairy products. I used to eat quite a bit of cheese, but have swapped it for hummus.

My Recommendation:Eating foods with plenty of fiber will help keep our blood sugar at a more constant level.

Natural weight loss just does not deal with the long term reasons why we put on weight. Loosing weight only erases the symptoms of lasting issues to weight control such as aging, processed food, metabolism damage, eating behavior and the fact we all spend long periods of motionless time.
