I have recently purchased Irwin Naturals - Womens Living Green Liquid-Gel Multi - 90 Softgels. My question is "Do I need to keep the softgels refrigerated to avoid spoilage? I anxiously await your reply. Thanks,

This is great, I absolutely loved this blog. Everyone always thinks that you need to be a gym buff or have the motivation of a world class marathon runner to lose weight, however dancing is just as good if not equal to all these other weight loss methods. Dancing is also good for the soul and who wouldn’t mind losing weight at the same time as being able to happily express your emotions through dance. As people have mentioned before, the key is to find an exercise or hobbie that doesn’t feel like a chore or work. Dancing is just plain fun and you can lose weight at the same time.
