LuckyVitamin is On a Diet

Filed Under: Diet & Weight Loss at 5:46 pm | By: Mauricio Matusiak
We have decided to try something new here at luckyvitamin. Two of our employees are looking to lose some weight. Just like most of you guys Clark and Ace are looking for supplements, a good fat burner, an appetite suppressant, a complete multi and a potent fish oil to help getting better results.

Two people, two different diets, two different lifestyles. Clark will be on a strict diet but will be not doing any exercise.  On the other hand, Ace will be working out three times a week, mostly cardio activity but with some occasional weight lifting.

We will provide them both the same product for the first 30 days, then switch to a second product for the second 30-day period and eventually rounding up the last 30-day segment with a third product.

We will kickoff with a strong fat burner with ephedra: Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Hydroxyslim. Second step, we will provide an ephedra-free fat burner with caffeine. Finally, we will give them a natural fat burner, ephedra-free and caffeine-free.

You can check back here on for results and how they are doing. Side effects, diets, exercise program and much more. We will provide complete information every two weeks on how our lucky guys are doing on this three-month “lucky diet”.

We also want to take the opportunity to encourage you to start your own diet and exercise program. Let us know what is giving you results as well as what is not working for you.

Together, we can help each other and live a much healthier life.

Interesting idea, let’s see how they do 🙂

Good luck, guys! Remember, it’s a lifestyle choice, involving a drastic change in thinking, so don’t give up if you have a few setbacks. Although supplements are a good starting point, there are no magic Brad Pitt Abs pills, and any weight loss without a permanent change in eating/exercise habits will quickly come back. Find exercise that you enjoy, you don’t have to coop yourself up in a gym. Play some sports. If you have kids, toss em in the stroller and take a brisk walk. Make exercise a social and/or family activity! And, speaking of social activities, be mindful of your alcohol intake.

I know this is only about weight but it would be very interesting to see the “numbers” also. Your lipid panel HDL and LDL and glucose and will change when dieting and exercise. So add fish-oil and see what happens next. Also take you blood presure!

Good luck I’m curious if this works in the long term. A diet is not the same as a lifestyle-change.!!
