7 Foods You Need to Give Up to Avoid GMOs

Corn is used to make High Fructose Corn Syrup, which should be a priority ingredient to be eliminated from your diet.

3. Conventional Milk

Conventional milking cows are fed a steady diet of GMO-laced feed, as well as antibiotics and other drugs to try to keep them healthy. Buy organic milk or use another natural, organic source of milk such as soy or almond.

4. Conventional Tomatoes

Regular potatoes have GMO chemicals which are placed right into the seed itself. You can shop organically grown potatoes as well as products made from organic potatoes.

7. Soybeans

Soybeans are the second-largest crop grown in America and, unfortunately, the use of GMOs in soybeans is greater than in other crops. Soybean oil and other soy-derived products are likely to contain GMOs. Search for organic alternatives or non-GMO labels before buying any soy product.
