I am in my 90’s and have been a vegetarian for 50 + years. My kidney function has decreased so I have been put on a low potassium diet, which does not work for a vegan which I was more or less. Now I have had to add cheese and eggs to my diet to get enough protein for a busy day. I keep mentally and physically active. I use a brown rice protein daily as a regular protein source, drink a lot of rice milk. I try to stay within these numbers: sodium 2000mg; potassium 2000 mg+500, protein 45-50 grams, and low phosphorous as practical. Please advise to changes I might try. I ask about whey protein, or raw protein, etc? Thank you. Olga Cossi
