BilberryBilberry has been used for many years for medicinal purposes. Originally from Northern Europe, these sweet little berries can also make delicious jams, juices, sorbets and pies. The real potential of bilberry as a supplement has yet to be determined since not many studies have been done to specifically prove its benefits.
