Red Yeast RiceHigh cholesterol is one of the most common health concerns in the United States. The American Heart Association estimates at least fifty percent of the American adult population has high cholesterol.

Poor diet and lack of exercise are a couple reasons for alarming numbers. Family history is also a factor for elevated levels of cholesterol.

Several prescriptions drugs are available but why would you want to be taking medication if you can get great results from natural supplements?

The name of the magic product: Red Yeast Rice.

Some people do not believe when they hear a friend saying about this “rice” product they are taking that can lower your bad cholesterol (LDL) and significantly increase your good (HDL) cholesterol. But it’s true.

Recent studies by the UCLA School of Medicine and presented before the American Heart Association proved that red yeast rice provides incredible results for all types of cholesterol issues, high and mild-to-moderate levels. A couple of natural supplements may help you getting even better and quicker results.

First, a good fish oil product will always be a nice addition, since the omega-3 provided might help lowering the LDL and boosting your HDL, just like red yeast rice.

Second, the coenzyme Q10, popular known as COQ10, is extremely important for people fighting high cholesterol because it improves heart and muscle health, increasing energy production.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a magic formula to fight cholesterol, here’s a good combination: Red Yeast Rice (1200mg/day), COQ10 (30mg/day) and Fish Oil (1000mg/day). This formula will give you incredible results in a short period of time.
