Bars and BearsAre you looking for a good nutrition supplement bar? Can’t you find a good tasting bar which it will give you the results you’re looking for? Trust me, you are not alone.

Most people struggle to find the ideal bar, and it makes you wonder: is there such a thing? Yes and No. Once you finally find a bar that you really like, and you are happy with the results, then you can’t stand it anymore and feel the need for a change.

There are dozens of nutrition bars available in the market, offering many different types of supplements. High protein, low carb, breakfast bars, low calorie, high fiber, whole foods, and with so many choices, you really need a guide to choose one or two bars for your diet.

Before you start shopping, take a moment to figure out what exactly you are looking for. What are you lacking in your diet? Or what do you need to cut in your diet? Do you want a bar as a snack? Are you going to eat before or after your workout?

Low carb and low calorie bars are great for snacks, definitely better than a cup cake or a cookie; they can also help by suppressing your appetite in between meals. Power bars are your workout “best friend”. Many people do not want to eat before exercising but your body needs it. Your system needs vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and protein prior working out, and that’s when the power bars, come into play.

Flavor, oh, no worries about that. Companies are making bars in many different flavors, you can definitely find at least one you like.

I agree, it’s hard to find a bar you like, but most aren’t too bad tasting. By the way, cute picture, where can I get one of those bears?
