These quick, easy, and nutritious energy bites will give you a protein-packed boost!

Recipe:
1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Flax Meal
1 Cup Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2/3 Cup Organic Shredded Coconut Flakes
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips or Carob Chips
1/2 Cup Organic Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Honey or Agave
1 TSP Organic Vanilla Extract
