This recipe uses Elmhurst Oat Milk to create a delicious dairy-free, nut-free, easy-to-make overnight oats, packed with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric. ½ cup rolled oats-
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch black pepper
½ cup Elmhurst Oat Milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (from the oats to the black pepper) until combined.
- Add in the oat milk and maple syrup and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, add on whatever toppings you desire (or don’t!) and enjoy.
