    Thank you for this information. I have friends to whom I’ve tried explaining why the probiotics are so, so important for our health. Sometimes feel that I’m talking to the air. This just might open their eyes. When you mentioned how to take them if you’re also taking an antibiotic . . . not sure it was thorough enough to help. I’m not quite sure how far apart to take them either, although I seldom take antibiotics. I’d like to be able to explain that to family and friends when I’m ‘preaching’, as they call it. Again – thanks. – Jackie
